Founded by Toronto siblings Thomas and Sarah Sawaya, TigerBaby Coffee & Clay blends specialty coffee and pottery studios into a thoughtfully designed creative space. Inspired by the fleeting moments of fall, their curated collection celebrates the season’s colours, textures, and invitation to slow down.
Patricia Grace, aka Trish, is the designer and owner of Toronto boutique EWANIKA. With her eye for fashion, design, and all things beautiful, Trish is a source of inspiration for us.
So, we asked her to put together a curated collection of works she could envision in her boutique or home and she . . . gracefully . . . agreed.
Curated by Lay-Up, a charity using basketball to create spaces where young people can belong, EVERY KID NEEDS A TEAM is a collection that brings together works selected by members of the Lay-Up team— our 401 Richmond neighbours and “work crushes”— reflecting their belief that our individual perspectives and strengths make the collective stronger.
The TOAF65 Advisory Committee collection reflects works each member wanted to live with, wake up to, and keep discovering — chosen through different lenses and perspectives.
Curious, emotive pieces: wonder in a hummingbird, comfort in a familiar shoreline, the grandness of the Canadian landscape, even works that came together through their titles like some strange, unresolved narrative. It’s a beautiful place to start your art discovery journey.
