Description

A glass sculpture of a woman’s torso created through blown glass with sculpting techniques and finished with a frosted surface. Instead of pursuing tranquility, "Torn" is a visual representation of the discomfort I feel about my body, and the discomfort that comes from talking about it.
The series of work following this piece aims to explore colour theory in making purposefully clashing colours.
