The concept of "forest bathing," a term that originated in Japan during the 1980s. This therapeutic practice was researched by psychologists, who validated its numerous benefits derived from spending time in nature.
Fading Lilac is about the bittersweetness of the short lifespan of one of my favorite flowers, lilacs, season coming to an end.
