Description

This hand-carved porcelain tea bowl was first thrown on the wheel then layered with shino glaze and oxides then fired to cone 10 (1280 degree-Celsius) in a gas kiln. Both clay and glazes were also made from scratch and is truly the perfect bowl to drink matcha in peace. The layers of colors and textures add immensely to the breadth and width of experience.
