The focus here is on a parent's or caregiver’s need for a much-needed break; a chance to regroup internally. We can be physically present yet swept away by thoughts. Here, I explore ideas around presence and absence, intimacy and distance.
Archival, painted in mixed water media on canvas, and currently unframed. Jill will arrange framing if desired. Signed on the front with Jill’s unique fingerprint colour palette and on the back in cursive, with a detailed certificate of authenticity.
