Traffic-free, shaded by trees and surrounded by elegant portales (arcades), the Zócalo is the perfect place to start soaking up the Oaxaca atmosphere.

This property was next to a beautiful Jacaranda tree that I was able to watch bloom during parts of my 2026 residency.. The jacaranda trees are in most parts of Mexico and are a symbol of international friendship.
