Description

Getting a new MAD Magazine was the highlight of my youth! The irreverent cartooning perfectly expressed the political angst of the day, capturing the zeitgeist of the Baby Boomer generation. The t-shirt and ground are from the black and white cartoon pages. The coloured stamps were Don Martin's "Give 'Em Hell" Election Year stickers, from Super Special Issue #20 (1976). If you read them, you'll recognize that they're still apropos in today's political climate.
