Getting Here
The event is located at 100 Queen Street West, Toronto, Nathan Phillips Square, in front of Toronto City Hall.
Three ways to get here
The best way to get to the Fair is by taking public transportation. You can help minimize local traffic in the busy downtown core by walking, cycling, or taking the TTC.
Public Transport: You can get off the TTC at Queen or Osgoode Subway Station and proceed to Nathan Phillips Square in under 5 minutes.
The Wheel-Trans stop is at the Hagerman Street entrance, northeast of Nathan Phillips Square.
Cycling: There are many Bike Share Toronto stations near Nathan Phillips Square. You can ride one way or get a daily cycle pass for under $10.
Driving: Parking Lot 36 (110 Queen Street West) is the closest parking lot to Nathan Phillips Square. Please be aware that it will be busier than usual and parking is not guaranteed.

Need help finding an artist? Want to know the time or location of the next Art Tour? Need a Fair Guide? Our volunteers, wearing yellow, would be more than happy to help you.
You can find the Main Info Booth in Zone D, just West of the Reflection Pool.
You can find additional support stations at the corner of Bay Street and Queen Street and near the City Hall front doors.
*Please be aware that TOAF63 staff will not be frequently checking the emails or the office phone during the Fair.

Beer Garden – all are welcome!
Visit the cascading Beer Garden for a fresh pint of beer, discover the incredible music or late night DJ performances, or catch some shade and relax. Children and pets are welcome!

Nabulu Coffee
Nabulu Coffee was founded in 2021 out of a passion for fine coffees and a love for elephants. Nabulu Coffee Trailer offers exceptional specialty coffee that’s been roasted by Brothers’ Coffee Roasters in Oakville, and serves to provide the highest calibre of beverages and customer experience around the GTA.
Lemon Bar
Lemon Bar specializes in handcrafting international-inspired lemonade mocktails. Our artisan mocktails include local and exotic flavours using fresh ingredients. Tacos 101
Tacos are a national staple in Mexico and a popular street food. They’re quick, fresh and cheap, but never lacking in taste. They’ve taken the same approach at Tacos 101 – real good tacos that won’t break your bank. “Our tacos are what other tacos dream about at night.”
Tropic Love
Specializes in serving fresh fruit smoothies from a tiki-hut style bar. Customers can choose between watermelon, pineapple, and coconut water. The fruit is blended with ice and served in the fruit shell, hence the phrase “drink from a fruit.”
Site Services
Washrooms
Public washrooms are located North of Hero Burger and additional portable toilets can be found between Hero Burger and the skate rental booth. There are also washrooms available inside City Hall in the basement East side (with changing tables and nursing area). Please be aware that City Hall closes at 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
Accessible Washrooms
Accessible washrooms are located inside the building behind Hero Burger and inside City Hall on the main floor next to the East elevators.
Water Refill
Grab a free drink of water at our water trucks located throughout Nathan Phillips Square. Please bring a refillable water bottle as no bottled waters are sold at Nathan Phillips Square.
Shade/AC
Nathan Phillips Square has few shaded areas and it can get quite hot over the July weekend. Please dress according to the weather, wear comfortable shoes, and drink plenty of fluids. There is a shaded picnic area on the front lawn just North of Queen Street, and air conditioning inside City Hall.

First Aid/Medical Services are present during the Fair in Zone D behind Hero Burger.

You can contact City Hall Security in-person at the security desk located just inside the main doors of City Hall on the right.
Lost & Found
Misplaced something? Check the Main Info Booth in Zone D and the Nathan Phillips Security Desk inside City Hall to see if someone has found it. If you realize you have misplaced something after the Fair has ended, email [email protected]
Report Incidents
You can make an anonymous report to TOAF staff if you witness an incident. We will not be able to follow up with you directly on an anonymous report, but we will investigate and take necessary actions to prevent a recurrence. If you choose not to remain anonymous, a member of our team may reach out to you directly to discuss the incident further.
Emergency Plan
In case of a major emergency or evacuation, please follow directions of staff and volunteers onsite.
Help be the eyes and ears onsite. If there is a security incident, suspicious or unwelcome behaviour, or any other issues, report it to the Main Info Booth in Zone D or to TOAF staff so the appropriate emergency procedure can be followed.
