Student Zone

Our buzz-worthy Student Zone is a cultural treasure in the city, with a loyal following. Since its inception in 1960, the Student Zone has sparked the discovery of fresh talents for thousands of art lovers. TOAF is known for hosting many nationally and internationally acclaimed Canadian artists under our iconic white tents in the early years of their careers. TOAF supports launching the careers of the next generation of artists through partnerships with leading art schools and programs in the city including the OCAD U Career Launchers Program.

Art Encounters Artists

An exciting roster of artists and leading arts organizations are participating in this year’s Art Encounters program – TOAF’s dedicated access and outreach program.

National Spotlight

Canada is present! Shining the spotlight on new artists joining the Fair from every corner of the country.

Unique Québec

Le Bureau du Québec à Toronto is proud to support TOAF for the presentation of more than 25 artists from Québec, here at Nathan Phillips Square, and over 10 artists Exclusively Online. You will discover their amazing work and what makes Québec unique.

Community Booths

Each year artist-run centres, artist collectives and non-profit galleries join TOAF to showcase selections of their members, raise awareness of their mandates and connect with new audiences. Here is a list of communities that will be joining us this year.

StreetARToronto Artists

Toronto Outdoor Art Fair X StreetARToronto (StART) will connect you to some of the city’s best street, mural and graffiti artists. Meet StART participating artists, and enjoy Live Painting and a feature mural photography exhibition at Nathan Phillips Square.
