Description

This painting is the expression of my healing process as I experience the grief of losing a dear loved one. I have been exploring the presence of absence, as if someone could be there, or was. This work has led me to become much more aware of the passing of time and to learn to not fear it. As I wade through many emotions, I am trying to see the love that’s in disguise. Uncovering the bittersweet lesson: to take nothing for granted.
