After seeing how the pandemic changed the world, I was moved to paint a scene that perfectly encapsulated the security and comfort we experience in our own homes. In "Lost in a Good Read," a young woman is shown reading a book while enjoying the warm sunlight streaming through the blinds, as she sits comfortably in the chair her father gave her.
