This painting comes from my interest in small, quiet moments hidden within nature. A box-like space sits among dense plants and flowers, as if something has been placed there or left behind.
It was partly inspired by rescuing a small seagull with an injured wing, which made me think about care, fragility, and vulnerability within a larger environment.
Through layered textures and colors, I tried to create a sense of discovery, as if the viewer is slowly coming across this hidden space.
