Blooming Resilience

Blooming Resilience

Artist
Alisa Blake
Description
Handcrafted on home-tanned smoked moose hide, Blooming Resilience is inspired by the wild roses that flourish across the northern landscape. Created using Charlotte cut beads, sheen beads, and gold findings, each bead is individually sewn by hand to form layered petals rich with texture and movement.

Grounded in traditional hide preparation and Indigenous artistry, this piece reflects resilience, beauty, and an enduring connection to the land.
