I'm a contemporary figurative visual artist based in Montreal.
Graduated from Concordia University's Fine Arts program (BFA), my work has been exhibited nationally and internationally. My work can be found in various public, corporate and private collections.
My aim is to reproduce, with authenticity, moments of everyday life captured on the spot.
Inspired by the work of twentieth-century street photographers, my aim is to provide a sensitive, honest visual record of my times and of the relationship between people and their environment.
Using photos taken spontaneously of my subjects in their environment, I seek to highlight themes that reflect the reality of my time.
Using graphite pencil as my medium, I create finely detailed works reminiscent of timeless black and white photographs.
