Shea Nemeth
Shea Nemeth is a Canadian artist whose gouache paintings create a familiar, heartfelt and bittersweet experience. Born and raised in Toronto, she is inspired by her childhood memories, local wildlife, and cartoons and storybooks. Shea uses bright, flat colours and graphic linework to create whimsical characters and playful narratives which evoke feelings of nostalgia. Shea has exhibited in solo and group shows, and has painted murals in and around the city. Shea’s works encourages the viewer to reflect on and treasure the moments they hold dear.
