Description

The 1” and 2” tiles in this artwork were made from earthenware and stoneware clays impressed with laces, leaves and handmade stamps (plaster, bisque). Real shells were used to make bisque molds for seashell sprigs individually applied to some tiles. Glazes, underglazes and coloured slips provide colour; each tile is unique. Tiles are mounted on plywood in a black-painted wood float frame with wire, ready to hang in your home! Price includes shipping cost.
