Description

Forgotten is a scene found in front of the old Cooper’s Iron & Metal Inc. building in the Portlands area of Toronto. This building no longer exists as it was demolished to make way for the new Port Lands Flood Protection Project. The derelict picnic table and abandoned yellow raincoat create a canvas that emphasizes the strong sense of isolation humankind feels due to the juxtaposition of natural landscape with solitary manmade constructs.
