This fanciful composition brings together some of my favourite inspirations. My love of observing and drawing birds and my collection of sewing notions. In this colourful embroidery Olive and Magie are busy preparing their sewing notions together.
Bright and metallic threads are embroidered onto appliquéd silks using my basic domestic sewing machine as a drawing tool.
