Marilyn Monroe, Hollywood’s enduring sex symbol, remains one of the most iconic figures, even 60 years after her passing at 36.
The camera loved her and film shaped her, so the use of 8mm for the bodice felt fitting. These images are all taken from vintage Life Magazines.  Each image has been hand painted to look like hand painted photographs with a slight pinky hue.  Billowing out from the hem of her dress is more 8mm film.  She is high drama!
