Description

I paint from life, primarily because you see an object differently from life vs in photos, but there is also the added benefit that I can EAT my subject matter afterwards. However, in the case of the Strawberry Cream Pie, someone already sampled a bit as you can see a glop of whipped cream is missing on top. That's my bad for setting my still life up too close to where my dog was napping in a chair by the window!
