Red converse sneakers that seem to constantly lay on the hall floor outside my studio.

Painted using transparent layers on a white ground. As in all my work, I paint quickly from life in an attempt to share familiar items and fleeting moments. Something about this sight made me smile and I hope it does for you, too.
