StreetARToronto Day

Day 3 of TOAF60
Happy Sunday!

Today is a perfect day to spend some quality time with a new group of TOAF60 artists at stackt market. Here is the list of artists who are onsite today and tomorrow.

If you can’t make it to stackt market, we hope you enjoy a relaxing Sunday afternoon, leisurely discovering new artists and new works at TOAF.ca

You might remember seeing StreetARToronto artists in action doing live painting the last time we were at Nathan Phillips Square. Today, the legendary Elicser Elliot will be doing a live painting session on Instagram Live, starting at 3:30 pm! It will be a treat to watch Elicser in the zone.

Today, we are bringing you a whimsical collection of Botanica through the poetic eyes of Arounna Khounnoraj. All the way from the Netherlands, we have Stéphane Monnet, who we owe TOAF’s exceptional branding and design, and Jeroen Dijkstra, our first international curator. They have put together a refined mix of quirky and colourful works in the Colour & Calm collection.

And it's not that we want you to be on your screens all day, but we hope you get your hands on a VR headset, and check out TOAF60 in Virtual Reality. Yesterday was the opening reception, and to summarize our experience in a few words. It was: mind blowing, disorienting, otherworldly and eye-opening. It was a giggle fest when curator and artist Daniel St-Amant tried to give us a hug in VR. And the best news is that people are buying TOAF60 art in VR from all over the world! It is a new frontier, and experiencing it firsthand is absolutely worthwhile.
