Art is my second career! I used to be a retail fashion buyer who travelled the world – but then all of that disappeared!
I had always wanted to pursue my passion for art – so here I am; I pivoted my way into a full time artist!
My art education began in high school and university, and I have take coursens at AGO, HSAD, and Project Art for many years. I still do workshops and artist residencies to develop my own unique style!
What’s my favourite colour? I don’t play favourites. I love them all and that’s why they end up on my canvas.
The brighter the better. I am an optimist by nature.
I create contemporary landscapes liberated from realism, showing the spectacular of nature and the energy of colour.
Organic shapes, quick strokes and saturated hues convey the natural high I experience when I explore nature and create landscapes I have only dreamed of!
I am represented by Cloud Gallery, Kefiartgallery, and exhibit in group and solo shows consistently in Toronto. I also sit on the Board of Directors at the Artist Network, where I am Director of the Leslie Grove Gallery! Giving back to my community is an important priority.
