Catherine McMillan
Catherine McMillan (b. 1979) is a full-time, self-taught ceramic artist from Ancaster, Ontario currently living in Toronto, Canada. She holds a BSc in Nutritional Sciences and a MSc in Psychiatry and Behavioural Neuroscience. Following a 10-year career conducting medical research and writing grants and academic publications at Canada's largest trauma centre, Catherine switched focus to a career in the arts.
Inspired by her background in clinical research and methodical exploration, Catherine has created several collections of paintings and more recently, thousands of sold out 3D works in ceramics. Her work has been exhibited internationally in galleries and art fairs and is held in over a thousand private collections across the globe.
