This constructed panoramic photo-collage is part of a series that uses images shot on the Toronto central waterfront from 2016 to the present. A semi-opaque top layer shows a small parkette with picnic tables, grass and trees. The base layer shows a mirror-glass slab of a building several years later, reflecting the sky and the sugar factory across the street. But the trees are gone forever.
Collage created in 2021, raw images taken in October 2017 and January 2021.
