This painting was the second of two that showed commuters in subway stations. It depicts ordinary commuters returning home on a late Sunday commute along workers on a late night shift and a women playing a guitar all working to make ends meet. The other, titled "Posh Commuters at Bay Station" shows affluent commuters going about their daily lives in an upscale area of Toronto.
