Description

This was the culmination of my "After the Event" series. The work explores a potential future reality, a post-apocalyptic world where plants have overtaken Toronto. The figure in the back of each piece is a personification of nature, rediscovering the world without us. I used locations in downtown Toronto that are a 180-degree turn from each other if you stand on the corner of Bremner Blvd and Lower Simcoe St.
