Tomatoes are mostly made of clear water, so where does the colour live? Under my microscope, I could see tiny red filled capsules. It’s impressive how a few scattered around can influence the overall colour so much.

Remember these little capsules next time you feel insignificant and don’t feel like you make a difference. They might be small, but they are mighty.
