Interface explores a balance between traditional quilting design and patterns found in nature. The piece focuses on the world of quilting and its methods of bringing together various materials to create something new, and the concepts of comfort and warmth we traditionally associate with quilts, and how that can also be linked to the ways we view nature, and how complex that relationship has become.
