In my textile collages, I use cloth more like I would use paint. The delicate and fragile process of layering small pieces together is important to the meaning of the work. My work is about the thin line between deep connections and falling apart. I am fascinated with connecting and transforming materials into something new and unexpected." running girl" is about connecting to your inner child, the inward-looking, a symbol of new life and hope and all the possibilities to create your own life.
