- This piece is part of my most recent series where I began to include text. In this case, it was to support the thought that we are all often guilty of making judgements based solely on outer appearance. I really enjoyed painting the dress. I was thinking about having a bunch of rags sewn together. Some of the tools that I used to apply the paint, include bubble wrap and lace. In some areas I printed images of lace in order to create the look of material.
