Description

Interesting how perspectives change. This alabaster sculpture was on the road to being ‘Crescent Moon’. However, when shaping this sculpture, the flow changed to what you now see. The result is a light, a flame, ‘Illumination’. The colours in this alabaster sculpture are also unique because it combines browns on one side and various greens on the other. This is the result of 2 different experiences the stone met over thousands of years.
