'Azure Retreat' is a continuation of my journey into themes of migration, change and memory. Using different layers of surface techniques and colour to evoke age and erosion. This voluminous form is almost shell like in its appearance with an antiquated matte textured surface.
This piece is meant to encourage quite contemplation as it resides on your table or shelf.
