Description

This is one of two pieces that Karen created in response to Challenge #2. It immediately brought her back to her ancestral land - Isle of Skye, Scotland and the beautiful walk she did up an ocean side path that led to the actual remnants of her grandmothers family home. It made her think of how the earth holds remnants of our ancestors footsteps, their stories as well as their tears and blood.
