Tintsaba Master Weavers

Tintsaba, a collective of over 424 Swazi women, has been creating exquisite handwoven baskets, jewelry, and homeware for 40 years. These artisans, who are also mothers, caregivers, and farmers, skillfully craft their products from sisal fiber derived from the Agave plant. Working from their homes, they produce 100% handmade items, including unique natural jewellery woven into intricate sisal disks. The sales of these items provide significant support for the artisans' families, contributing to basic needs and children's education.
