Inspired by creation and the original people, Africans, I draw parallels to the elements of earth, wind, fire, and water, which are vital for life itself. Working with metal is akin to engaging in the alchemical transformation; I embrace the dance of flames, water's quenching touch, the shaping force, and the natural oxidation that adds texture over time.
