I am a paper artist and storyteller based in Toronto. Through intricate papercutting and layered paper sculpture, I create whimsical worlds inspired by migration, cultural heritage, and the natural world.

Growing up in Mexico City and later building a life in Canada has shaped my perspective and the stories I tell through my art. My work explores themes of identity, belonging, and transformation, often weaving together nature and folklore. These elements reflect both the landscapes I inhabit and the memories I carry with me.

Working primarily with recycled and repurposed paper, I transform everyday materials into richly detailed, three-dimensional artworks that invite curiosity and closer observation. Influenced by folk art, travel, and storytelling traditions, I use paper as a medium to celebrate the connections between people, place, and nature.

Through my work, I hope to inspire a sense of wonder and encourage viewers to discover the hidden stories that surround them.
