Kaspian Kondrat
Kaspian Kondrat is a Toronto/Oakville based visual artist, working primarily with oil paint. Kaspian often adds flat patterned elements to his paintings to contrast with the more finely rendered aspects of a given piece.
Kaspian's work is often highly contrasted, painted within a limited palette, and frequently depicts somewhat ambiguous emotional qualities.
Inspiration for his work is often born of initially brief and simplistic concepts that are further developed during the painting process, allowing for both quick, or in depth artist statements.
