Creating harmonious composition with objects of bright and bold colors, metal and glass products in order to give a poetic aesthetic to the ordinary, to the everyday objects which are the source of my inspiration.

After a scientific career, Johanne David took the path of fine arts and studied at different schools including the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, Visual Art Centre and the Academy of Fine Arts of Montreal. Over the last few years, she has explored several approaches to classical painting, up to life drawing to deepen the study of the human figure. Today, she is dedicated to realistic painting.
