Jenny Su
I am an emerging jewellery artist and designer residing in Toronto, Canada. I graduated in the summer of 2023 from OCAD University's Material Art and Design program specializing in Jewellery and Metalsmithing.
My body of work shown here focuses on experimenting with wax carving and playing with the transformative possibilities of metal. I am fascinated by the fluidity of metal and capturing its infinite expressions in the free-flowing forms of my collection. My work as an artist is largely inspired and informed by natural phenomena and processes. These inspirations are reflected in my jewellery's free, organic, and raw qualities, highlighted with irregularly shaped pearls born in similar conditions of transformation.
