Gillian Schultze
Gillian Schultze is a Canadian textile and visual artist living and exploring in Northern Ontario. She uses a unique and captivating style of stitching or painting on material as the basis for the construction of her work. She creates dynamic and vivid abstracted landscapes inspired by the dramatic Canadian scenery. Through the use of new and found materials, stitched elements, paint, and dye, her creations seek to be a gentle call to appreciate the impermanence of nature.
