Farzaneh AliHosseini
I am a landscape oil painter living and working in Toronto. I draw my inspiration from nature, viewing it through a spiritual lens that transcends the physical. My work aims to evoke a sense of connection and contemplation for those who engage with it.
I was born and raised in Iran. I was always drawn to art from a young age. Earning a degree in healthcare and migration to Canada put my art practice through fits and starts.
In 2015, I took a conscious effort to make art a priority in my life. I then, made a pivotal decision to leave my role as a physiotherapist, embracing a transformative shift towards a full-time commitment to painting. This bold leap has given me the freedom to fully engage in the artistry that fuels my soul.
