Erin Crysdale
After working in the film industry for ten years, Erin switched careers and began working full time as a painter in 2000. Group Shows lead to representation by art consultants who exposed Erin’s work to a wide Toronto clientele and to gallery representation that would take her work abroad. Erin’s Buddhist meditation practice, along with her rural upbringing and life long interest in the creative process are the underpinning not only of the subject matter, but also process by which she paints.
