I am passionate about showcasing locally sourced reclaimed materials. Each piece has a story to tell. Every imperfection is a scar and reminder of the journey these materials have been on. I enjoy combining a range of materials including wood, leather and hide, felt and plastic by elevating them into abstract works of art, adding a new visual chapter to their unique story.
When I moved to Vancouver in 2014 I was struck by both the beauty of the city and and the amount of waste! By using reclaimed materials to create sustainable abstract artwork, I am playing my small part in reducing the waste and increasing the beauty in the city!
