Danny Perkins
Danny Perkins is a self-taught artist who grew up on a farm in Kingsey Falls, Quebec. It
is there that he realizes his sculptures. Since he started working with metal in 2016, his
style has evolved. Many of his sculptures use metal along with a variety of other
materials such as wood and stone. In addition to being an artist Danny has his own
gallery in the Eastern Townships of Quebec (Melbourne) with more than thirty artists
including his own works. He also likes to travel to attend exhibitions and share his work with others. He begun using his unformed sculptures to create paintings in 2021. Combined with a washing technique each painting is a mixture of realism and abstract details that have geese flying across the canvas in a variety of colors depending on the chosen scheme of each painting.
Danny's philosophy in art and life is that there are no limits other than the ones you set
for yourself.
