64th Toronto Outdoor Art Fair

July 11 – 13, 2025

Cheers & Thanks

for an extraordinary TOAF63

Dear Friend of TOAF,

TOAF63 has come to a close! What an honour it was to gather with all of you at Nathan Phillips Square—we are still taking it all in. The love and vibrant energy in this community is truly heartwarming and humbling. We cherish the special memories we’ve created; they will fill our hearts until we meet again next year!

A little rain and wind didn’t hold us back, and aren’t we lucky to have avoided the thunderstorms and flooding of the last two days? Phew!

The enthusiastic response from artists, audiences, community members, partners, supporters, and media has been extraordinary. TOAF63 was one for the books—smooth, steady and elevated.

Our community is stronger and more expanded than ever. For TOAF63, we joined forces with over 20 arts organizations and partners – and over 1,000 individuals to bring you a showcase of 400+ artists and public programs.

Huge thanks to our public funders, foundations, award donors, sponsors, judges, jurorscuratorsspeakersprogramming, media, and community partners, our Board of Directors and the TOAF team.

We can only do this event with an army of invested, positive, and dedicated record number of volunteers (230+).

Thanks to you, art lovers, patrons, and audiences, you made this epic public gathering worthwhile and viable through your engagement and enthusiasm—in so many beautiful ways. One is the joy of the artists putting a coveted RED DOT on their work (see below)

TOAF63 artists, you bring creativity, innovation, joy, and beauty to our city, neighbourhoods, and homes. You are why we do this work. We are here because of you! Thank you

Thank you for being part of this unforgettable weekend!

P.S. Enjoy Vernacularities, a Curated Collection by award-winning writer and artist Emelie Chhangur – a collection of works holding history, present moment, and imagined futures.

Thank you

Thanks to the support from three levels of government, private and corporate funders, small businesses, and many generous individuals, TOAF’s impact has grown exponentially.

We would like to acknowledge the support of the Government of Canada, the Department of Canadian Heritage, the Government of Ontario, and the City of Toronto. Thanks to Mayor Olivia Chow and MP Julie Dzerowicz for joining us at the Award Ceremony and shining the spotlight on TOAF and our artists.

This year, for the first time, we presented six artists from this region through a new partnership with the Government of Northwest Territories. We also celebrated the return of The Unique Quebec zone in partnership with the Government of Quebec and Bureau du Québec à Toronto.

The Koffler Family Foundation, the Lead Patron of TOAF, and the Koffler family embolden us to dream of new ways to evolve with 63 years of partnership and trust in what we do.

We are very proud of the growth of the Art Encounters, Access, and Outreach program, which continues to expand and evolve with new national and local partnerships. Our thanks to the Lindy Green Family Foundation – the lead supporter of Art Encounters, TD Ready Commitment, Higgins Event Rental, and many individual donors who have been instrumental in the program’s success.
