Illuminated is part of my Gamma Waves series, exploring the emotional and physiological effects of color. Inspired by the brain's gamma wave activity, which is linked to insight and heightened awareness, the swirling patterns in the piece aim to evoke a trance-like state. The figure’s steady gaze invites a sense of being seen, prompting quiet introspection.
