This character visited me in a dream in 2015. He said he was my uncle. Little did I know this was the sort of dress Ojibwa Shamans wore. Those who are intensely emotional or endowed with keen imaginations easily persuaded themselves that they could commune with the supernatural world and draw upon its resources at will. These people are the shamans.
