(sold!) Scarlet Elf Cups

Description

I adore everything about scarlet elf cups. I create them by sifting various shades of glass powder and then forming and solidifying in the kiln. The glass bark is a series of layers starting with clear sheet and then many layers of powdered and crushed glass. The subtle hints that the medium is glass are important to me. The sculpture is then set in a hand made box with dark navy glass and copper trim.
