licser Elliott is a Canadian visual artist who has made his mark on Toronto's street art scene. Since graduating from Sheridan College's animation program, he has created a vast collection of murals and public artworks throughout the city.
He describes his work as highly improvised collages—soft characters and organic shapes layered and blended through transparencies. His characters draw inspiration from his past relationships and experiences. By combining these personal elements with likenesses of passersby on the street, he brings his community-based murals to life.
Elicser's work has gained recognition in major cultural institutions across Toronto. His pieces have been exhibited at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, Royal Ontario Museum, BAND Gallery and Isza Gallery. His public art can be found throughout Toronto including at Runnymede Station, demonstrating his ability to move between street art and gallery spaces while maintaining his distinctive style.
